Delete your Skinvio account and data
You can request permanent deletion of your Skinvio account and associated personal data without installing or opening the app.
- Email support@skinvio.app with the subject “Skinvio account deletion request.”
- Include the email address associated with your Skinvio account and how you sign in (Google, Apple, or email). If you use Apple Hide My Email, include your Apple relay address if available.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting your data. Follow the verification instructions in our reply. Never send your password or verification codes.
The button opens your email app with a draft. Send the email to submit your request. If it does not open, email the address above manually.
On Android, sign in to Skinvio, open Settings, tap “Delete account and data,” and confirm. On iPhone, open Skinvio Settings and use the account deletion option.
If you use Skinvio as a guest, “Delete my data” in Android Settings removes the profile, scans, and selfies stored on that device. A web request cannot erase files stored only on your device.
Account deletion permanently removes your sign-in account, account profile, synced selfie photos, scan history and analysis results, saved products, and routine completion records from Skinvio’s active systems. Deletion cannot be undone.
Deleting in the app also clears Skinvio data on that device. After an email request, clear any remaining local data through the app’s Settings.
Account data in active systems is removed when deletion is completed. Our Privacy Policy allows temporary retention in backups and retention of records required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. It does not currently specify fixed retention periods for these exceptions. Contact support for the retention details applicable to your request.
Anonymous or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you may be retained. Photos uploaded as a guest without an account are automatically deleted from Skinvio’s servers 30 days after your last guest scan.
Deleting your Skinvio account does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Purchase and payment records held by Google Play or Apple are governed by their own policies.
